In 2002, the Corvette was painted a darker green (originally Mosport Green) and still looks quite nice today. The tan soft top is only 4-years old and looks like new. The green vinyl interior is original and in great condition as well. Yes, the carpet has faded since 1966 but it has been well cared for and shows no excessive wear.
The frame appears to be original and in excellent condition. Other parts of this Vette are also well preserved. The chrome is bright as is the stainless. The glass looks very good.
This beautiful 1966 Corvette convertible has the 327/300 engine with all the right numbers and broach markings on the engine pad. The owner states the transmission and differential are all numbers matching.
